About the role

The Airport & Hotels Operations Coordinator leads the Operations branch of VWMSR's Airport & Hotels product and is accountable for revenue and operational excellence. The role delivers revenue against the targets set by the product owner, plans vehicle and driver deployment against hotel demand, supervises drivers to prevent vehicle misuse, and ensures a reliable, high-quality service for hotels and airport customers.

Mission

The coordinator works alongside the product controller, who leads the controlling branch. The Product Controller confirms revenue, controls fuel and energy costs, and challenges the Operations branch on cost and revenue in a weekly Product Review chaired by the Product Owner.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Transport & Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

• 3–5 years in fleet or transport operations, airport or hotel ground transport, hospitality or mobility services.

• A track record of delivering revenue or commercial targets in an operational role.

• Experience supervising drivers or field teams, including a team leader or supervisor.

• Hands-on use of GPS or telematics tracking systems to monitor vehicles and drivers.

• Valid driving licence (Category B)
