BBM Manufacturing Ltd is looking for six (6) skilled and motivated factory operators to join our team in the production and installation of Aluminium Windows and Doors.

1. Assembly and fabrication of aluminium windows and doors.
2. Operating hand and power tools used in aluminium fabrication.
3. Drilling, cutting, fitting, and assembling aluminium profiles and accessories.
4. Installation and field fixing of aluminium windows and doors at construction sites.
5. Following technical drawings, measurements, and production instructions.
6. Maintaining proper quality and safety standards at the factory and on-site.

1. Have previous experience working in an aluminium factory or similar manufacturing environment.
2. Have practical skills in aluminium fabrication and assembly.
3. Have experience or basic skills in welding.
4. Be able to use tools such as drilling machines, cutting machines, screwdrivers, and other workshop tools.
5. Have experience in construction, installation, or field fixing of windows and doors.
6. Be able to read and work with measurements accurately.
7. Be physically fit and willing to work both in the factory and at construction sites.
8. Have at least completed A level / Senior Six in related fields

Experience in:

1. Aluminium windows and doors fabrication,
2. Installation
3. Construction works

will be an added advantage.
