Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd is a private company established with the vision of making Rwanda one of Africa’s leading golf destinations and a recognized golfing destination worldwide. Its first major development is the Kigali Golf Resort & Villas, featuring a golf course designed by the internationally renowned golfer and course designer Gary Player. The development will also include a five-star Clubhouse and additional facilities.
The Procurement Officer will support the daily procurement operations of RUGC by helping departments obtain the required goods, works, and services efficiently and on time.
The position will be involved in supplier sourcing, purchasing documentation, order follow-up, and coordination with different departments. The officer will help ensure that procurement activities meet the company’s approved budgets, quality standards, and internal procedures.
The Procurement Officer is expected to demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, fairness, transparency, professionalism, and accountability.
The officer must avoid conflicts of interest and ensure that procurement activities are handled fairly, efficiently, and in accordance with RUGC policies, procedures, and approved standards.
