FUNDED SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES-Ruhengeri) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health in the framework of 4X4 Strategy is excited to announce a funded scholarship opportunity (Tuition Fees Only) for the Bachelor of Science with Honors in General Nursing (A0) and Midwifery (A0) programs.

Completed general secondary education with one of the following principal subject combinations:
1. Physics-Chemistry-Biology,
2. Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology
3. Biology-Chemistry- Geography
4. Associate Nursing qualification (A2 in Nursing).
Admission Test and Selection Process: Candidates who meet the minimum admission requirements as per the Higher Education Council (HEC), as well as institutional requirements, will sit for an admission test scheduled in the week of 14th -18th September 2026 where the shortlisted candidate will be informed of their specific test date.

Final selection of admitted candidates will be based on the admission test score.

Note:

1. Selected candidates will be required to complete their registration formalities, including payment of tuition and registration fees, within the deadlines set by the University.

2. Any false information or falsified documents submitted in the application will result in immediate disqualification upon discovery, with potential additional sanctions depending on the level of the violation.
