1. About the Position
Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of O&M Mechanical Officer. Successful applicants will contribute to the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of mechanical equipment and infrastructure within power plants.
2. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be expected to:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including diesel engines, fuel systems, auxiliary equipment, and mechanical transmission systems.
- Conduct root-cause investigations into equipment failures, implement appropriate corrective measures, and evaluate their effectiveness to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Design, review, and implement preventive maintenance programs in accordance with operational needs and maintenance requirements.
3. Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications and meet the corresponding experience requirements:
- A1 in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of experience in power plant operations, transmission operations, and distribution operations.
- A1 in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of experience in power plant operations, transmission operations, and distribution operations.
- A0 in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of experience in power plant operations, transmission operations, and distribution operations.
- A1 in Production Technology with 3 years of experience in power plant operations, transmission operations, and distribution operations.
- A0 in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of experience in power plant operations, transmission operations, and distribution operations.
- A0 in Production Technology with 1 year of experience in power plant operations, transmission operations, and distribution operations.
