  • Monitor the quality of information collected at facility level.
  • Contribute to the review, analysis, and interpretation of maternal and neonatal health data.
  • Use findings to identify areas where project implementation and clinical practices can be improved.

Communication and Coordination

  • Follow up on issues identified during field visits and support timely resolution.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with healthcare providers, project staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure important field updates and challenges are communicated to the Research Coordinator.

Before you apply to this role

A short checklist that meaningfully improves your response rate.

1

Tailor your CV to this advert. Name the employer and the role on the first line, and mirror the exact terminology they used in the requirements.

2

Attach a CV saved as a PDF with your full name as the filename, and keep it to two pages unless the employer asks for more.

3

Write a short cover note that answers one question they will care about: why you want this specific role at this specific organisation.

4

Match every requirement in the listing to a line in your CV. If you meet eight of ten requirements, say so plainly rather than letting them assume.

5

Apply while the vacancy is fresh. Employer response times in Rwanda are typically fastest in the first week after a vacancy is posted.

Never pay a recruitment fee. No legitimate employer charges a candidate to register, process an application, or secure an interview.

8

Keep a record. Note the date you applied, the channel you used and who you spoke to, in case you need it later.
